Stotts will take part in a personal Q&A session that will reflect the spirit in which DRI2015 was intended — information sharing with senior level attendees and speakers in an intimate venue.
“Richard Stotts is going to engage in a unique conversation with attendees,” said DRI President Al Berman. “This is the kind of high-level discussion that is the focus of DRI events, where opportunities to go beyond the traditional speaker-audience roles can be found. And we’re honored to have Richard kick off our event.”
As the lead for AF Intelligence and AF Information Operations/Cyber, Stotts’ responsibilities include coordinating Booz Allen’s efforts across Headquarters AF, AF Major Commands, Agencies, Acquisition/Research and Development organizations, the AF Cyber NAF (24th AF) and subordinate field organizations. He has led Booz Allen efforts for OSD and JFCOM to characterize and implement the Integrated IO Range and to define advances in Holistic Target Characterization (Cyber Vulnerability Analysis).
Stotts is responsible for supporting 24th AF Cyber operations and capability development and is a member of the Firm’s Cyber Campaign Leadership Team. He is also responsible for the AF Intel/IO/Cyber account and is the lead for Booz Allen’s Intelligence and Cyber capability development. He is responsible for the Intelligence and Operations staffs across the Firm with current efforts throughout the United States, and within the Pacific and European theaters.
He has more than 30 years of experience in Cyber/IO/Intelligence at Combatant Command, AF Major Command, Wing Staff and Unit levels serving as the Commander, AF Information Warfare Center (now the 688th IOW), Chief Strategic Intelligence Planner for US European Command and in many other senior executive capacities throughout his AF career.
